What: 2nd Annual Bradley International School Auction
When: Friday, March 13, 2009, 6:00-9:00 pm

Theme: We’ve Got the Whole World in Our Hands

Benefit: Bradley International PTO and the programs it supports. It's our goal to raise enough money for classroom grants, after school programs, student scholarships and many other programs that support our Bradley International community.

Ticket Prices: $50/couple if purchased before February 27 ($35/ticket after February 27)
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa.
All guests over the age of 21 years of age are welcome (not only Bradley families).
We would love to have you join us for complimentary drinks, hors d'oeuvres, entertainment and our auction. You will surely find something to your liking to bid on!
Auction Item Donations (Deadline: February 27, 2009)
Your help “gathering” items for both the silent and the live auction is essential. This year all of our auction items will fall into the category of Arts and Entertainment. Please use the forms below to solicit donations. If you would like to donate an item, please contact the B.E.S.T. Auction Event Co-Chairs, Natalie Dines and Karen Maggio.
Listed below are the types of items we are looking for:
Restaurant Certificates/Gift Cards
Sports Related Items – Sporting event tickets and desirable memorabilia
Entertainment – Theatre tickets, ballet tickets, movie tickets, concert tickets
Wine/Liquor – Fine Wines, Premium Liquors, Microbrews and Beers of the World
Get-a-ways – Hotel stays, weekend get-a-ways, spa certificates
Live Auction – Arts and Entertainment related items, i.e., televisions, bbq grill, backstage passes (Live Auction items will be determined by the auction committee)
Class Projects – To be determined by the individual classrooms with help from the auction committee and our art teacher, Karen Kenney
This year we are not asking for house wares, jewelry or certificates for services, i.e. memberships, haircuts, classes.
