Mrs. Regan has been in education for 16 years as a teacher, curriculum specialist, and administrator. She is extremely dedicated to our children at Bradley and supporting them in becoming life-long learners and caring citizens.

Mrs. Regan graduated from Ohio State University. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, & Professional Development. She holds her administrators license from Denver University.

Mrs. Regan grew up in Ohio. Family and beautiful weather brought her to Denver seven years ago. She enjoys spending her free time hiking, skiing, reading, and playing with her two new adopted puppies, Gracie and Kalila.

Lisa Zinn is an Early Childhood Education (Pre-K) teacher. This year will be her 9th year at Bradley. Ms. Zinn has been teaching for over seventeen years. She earned a Bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Lisa will complete her Masters Degree in "Integrating Arts Throughout the Curriculum" in February ’08.

Ms. Zinn is a native of Denver. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies, cooking, bike riding, traveling, and reading. She only wishes she had more time to do these things! Ms. Zinn has two boys. She is very excited to be a part of the Bradley community, and she looks forward to Bradley continuing to grow! "Bradley is on its way!"

Ellen English has been teaching for 20 years. For the past 14 years she has been with Denver Public Schools, 11 of which have been here at Bradley Elementary School. Mrs. English has a B.A. from Georgia College and went on to get her Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix.

Mrs. English grew up in Georgia and moved here in 1982. Her husband, Jack, and she have three children and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family.

Jodie Leatherman has been with Denver Public Schools for 6 years, 3 of which have been at Bradley Elementary as a mild/moderate special education teacher before becoming one of our first grade teachers this year. Mrs. Leatherman earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Education from the University of Denver.

She is currently attending Regis University where she is working on a Special Education endorsement and a Master's degree in Education.

Mrs. Leatherman has been living in Denver for the past 10 years. Mrs. Leatherman takes full advantage of the Rocky Mountains. She enjoys snowshoeing, fly-fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and camping in the mountains when she and her husband can get away to just have fun. She also reads and watches movies when she needs to relax.

Andrea Holmes has been teaching for over 25 years. She has been teaching at Bradley for majority of that time. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis on the Arts.

Mrs. Holmes is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. She moved to Denver in 1978. In her spare time she enjoys listening to Gospel music and working with Christian Youth and Senior citizens. She and her husband Reginald have a daughter Lynette and a son Matt.

Addie Howard III graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. in all-level Kinesiology, endorsement in Elementary Education. He just finished up his first year of teaching, his second year at Bradley. He was a one-on-one Special Ed Para for a first grader last school year.

He is originally from San Antonio, TX and has been living here since August 2004. He enjoys working here at Bradley because of the unity of the staff and the diversity of the culture! He says that teaching has been his calling, and also coaching youth as well! He enjoys coaching volleyball and basketball. He is an avid sports fan and strives to stay active with playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis! Other hobbies include travel, movies, and TRIVIA!

Meg Cypress, in her 6th year of teaching, joined Bradley Elementary School last year. Mrs. Cypress attended the University of Northern Colorado for her undergraduate degree and is currently finishing her Master's degree at the University of Colorado at Denver.

Mrs. Cypress grew up in Denver. She and her husband, Mark, have three children, Ashley, Brody, and Justin. When she is not playing with her children, she enjoys spending her free time reading books, visiting with friends, and frolicking on the beaches of the Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Graca Pereira has been teaching for 19 years. She came to Denver Public Schools 6 years ago and has been teaching at Bradley for the past few years. She has a B.A. in English, a Masters in Education, and also received her Certificate in Marketing and Computer Science.

Mrs. Pereira is originally from Recife, PE - Brazil. She has lived in Denver for 14 years and in her free time she enjoys painting and drawing.

Becky Gray has taught for 25 years, 3 of them here at Bradley. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Mrs. Gray was born in New Orleans, but grew up in Pueblo. She and her husband enjoy traveling to Alaska, as well as camping, bike riding, and hiking in Colorado. She has visited Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and France during her summer vacations. She has two cats, named Abbie and BooBoo.

Stacy Distel Nishioka is a Colorado transplant from the good ole' Midwest. She and her husband moved to the Mile High City last year and love it! She is enjoying her first year as the Bradley teacher librarian and can't wait for new and exciting adventures next year.

Stacy stems from Chicago and misses the great eats but is slowing discovering the Denver has some pretty good Vietnamese and Indian food! In her spare time she reads, (of course!) skiis, hikes, and goes camping with her before mentioned husband. Her favorite books are Gone With the Wind, The Grapes of Wrath, Roots, The Time Traveler's Wife, and To Kill A Mockingbird.

Karen Kenney has been teaching for 10 years, at DPS for 6 years. The 2807-2808 school year will be her 4th year at Bradley. Ms. Kenney holds a BFA in Art History, is a trained Waldorf teacher, and an accomplished tapestry artist. Ms. Kenney says that Bradley offers a wonderful learning environment for the diverse, thoughtful, creative children here.

Ms. Kenney grew up in Chicago as a Cub's fan and has been a happy resident in Colorado for over 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys backpacking, traveling to remote wild places, spending time with her grown children, culinary gardening and working in a variety of art media.

Mary Firth is our PYP Coordinator/Coach who has been teaching with Bradley for 15 years. Teaching for over 30 years, she has been with Denver Public Schools for many of those years. Ms. Firth received her B.S. in Library Science and Education as well as having a Master's equivalency.

Ms. Firth grew up in Pennsylvania and has lived in various parts of Texas. Making Denver home for over 15 years, she enjoys spending her free time working out, reading, gardening, cross-country skiing, shopping for bargains and traveling in her spare time. Although her son lives in New York, her yellow lab Marley, AKA "Wild Child," keeps her company.

Kim Payne is a native of South Dakota, living in CO for the last 20 years. She has 2 children enrolled at Bradley - one in ECE and one in 2nd grade. She has 2 other children - one in middle school and one in high school. This is Ms. Payne’s 2nd year as an ECE para-professional. She loves working with children and seeing them grow!

Ms. Payne is creative and artistic. She enjoys crocheting, movies, traveling, and spending time with her family. She recently returned to school to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree.

Renee Ramsey

Renee Ramsey has worked with Denver Public Schools for 9 Years - all of which have been here at Bradley Elementary School. Not only is Mrs. Ramsey a wonderful part of our staff, but she has lived in the University Hills neighborhood for the past 19 years as well. Mrs. Ramsey enjoys spending her free time in the mountains with her husband of 21 years, Bob and their two children, Andrea and Tyler - both Bradley Elementary School alumni.

Pat Scott

Pat Scott has been with Denver Public Schools and Bradley Elementary for 12 years. Mrs. Scott is a native of Denver. She enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, entertaining, and camping (in cabins, not tents!) Mrs. Scott and her husband. Glen, have a daughter, Amy, who is a student at the University of Colorado in Denver and a cat, Sydney, who is the master of the house.

Cary Mead has been with Denver Public Schools for 18 years. She has been at Bradley for a total of 5 years. Ms. Mead has been a social worker for 20 and a practicing psychologist for 5 years.

Ms. Mead grew up in Exeter, New Hampshire. She has been living in Denver for 28 years. Ms. Mead has two adopted daughters from China and Vietnam. Ms. Mead enjoys spending time with her girls, reading, and singing with her friends in the choir. She also enjoys biking, hiking and camping.

Pat Lilley has been teaching with Denver Public Schools and Bradley for 20 of her 26 years teaching. After receiving her B.S. in Elementary Education and Speech Pathology from Wichita State University, she earned her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from North Texas State University. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association.

Throughout her years as an itinerant teacher in Denver Public Schools she has worked with several other Denver Public Schools and believes that the staff at Bradley is "outstanding" and "committed to helping each student maximize their potential."

Mrs. Lilley grew up on a dairy farm in central Kansas and has lived in Denver for the past 29 years. When she is not spending time with her husband Wes, or her two adult sons Nate and Travis and daughter-in-law Julie, she can be found reading, traveling, knitting, and eating out!

JoAnn Rascon has been with Denver Public Schools for 16 years. This is her second year at Bradley. JoAnn was born in San Jose, CA and has been living in Denver for 35 years. She likes to read, go to movies, and attend sports events - especially the Broncos, AVs and the Rockies. JoAnn also like to spend time with her 2 daughters: Leandra 13, and Katie 11, and her 2 puppies; Magic and Sandy.
