- A huge thank you to
teachers and parents for attending parent
teacher conferences this week. We know
you received a lot of useful updated information on your student’s
learning.
- Bradley PTO pulled through
another fantastic meal for teachers on Tuesday as well as Marta and her
amazing chair massages for teachers on Wednesday. Thank you – you are an
invaluable part of what makes Bradley AMAZING!
School News
- Start thinking about
the Student
& Staff Pumpkin Carving Contest! Start bringing
in your super pumpkin creations on Wednesday, October 30th. Students will
vote on Thursday, October 31st. Winners will get a gift card!
- You can order Yearbooks online with
TreeRing. Order before the end of October to get 10% off! See

- Halloween will here before
we know it! There will be a ‘Thriller’ parade and
classroom parties to follow. Please note that students and parents who dress up for the parade
and parties will not be permitted to wear masks, no toy weapons will be
allowed, no blood, gore or scary costumes. Please make sure
costumes are elementary school appropriate. Thank you for understanding!
The parade will start at 2:30pm on the blacktop (weather permitting) and
classroom parties will begin around 3:00pm.
PTO Happenings
- Fun Run raffle prizes went home today – winners were selected
using a computerized random draw program. We acknowledge and appreciate
all Bradley students for their hard work and determination in raising money for
our school! PTO will announce how much was raised after fall break, so there is
still time to send in your money if you haven’t already. We cannot thank our
families enough for your support and participation in this
fundraiser.
- The Teacher & Staff
Appreciation Committee would like to thank Jared Kaplan & The Bagel
Deli as well as Margie Neehiniaani for generously providing food
during parent/teacher conferences this week. The Bagel Deli prepared 50
customized boxed dinners and Margie hand-baked two fruit slab pies. Everything
was delicious and greatly appreciated by our hardworking teachers and staff!

through Wed. 10/30 and Bradley PTO receives 20% of your purchase total.
All you have to do is mention Bradley at checkout. Our neighborhood store is in
U-Hills Plaza and is managed by Bradley parents who generously donate
to our Fun Run and Spring auction events annually.

Fest in the parking lot of the Joann’s starting at 1:00pm.
- Thomas Jefferson High School for their 7th
annual Trick-or-Treat Street!! Stop by the high
school from 4:00-6:00pm on Thursday, October 31st to enjoy games, special
treats, music, costume contest with prizes, fun Halloween decorations and
MORE! (See attached flyer)
- Grace Methodist Church at the corner of Yale
and Eudora St. – Join GMC for their 11th
annual Trick-or-Treat Street on Saturday, October 26th from
5:00-7:00pm.
