School News

  • We are still a Symptom Free School. Please do not send students to school with any ill symptoms. We have been sending lots of sick students home recently. Please see the updated  “How Sick is Too Sick?” information from Nursing Services on the Bradley Website
  • Lifetouch Order Forms: Look in Friday Folders for the Lifetouch class picture and individual pictures order forms. You can also order online at https://my.lifetouch.com/mylifetouch/#/ and use the Picture Day ID: EVTS9228G for a class picture AND/OR Picture Day ID: EVTFQ88QX for individual picture orders.
  • 4Ocean: Thank you to everyone who was able to purchase items in order to help clean up the ocean and support the 1st Grade students.
  • Walk for Water: Join the 5th graders as they bring awareness and raise funds for the Iron Giraffe Challenge!  All  money raised  goes directly to Salva Dut’s project to build water wells in South Sudan.  The walk will be at Bible Park on Sunday, March 20th from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Meet in the parking lot off of Yale Avenue. Bring $5/person to donate before the walk. Find more information at www.waterforsouthsudan.org 
  • Bradley Summer Camp: We are planning another Summer Camp at Bradley for the month of June (June 6th – July 1st)! Registration is available online on the Bradley website (see attached flier)! Sign up soon, space is limited! Superhero description is missing from the flier – here is a description – all descriptions and registration information are also found on the Bradley website: Learn all about Superheroes from your favorite movie or book! We’ll begin by creating our own unique SuperHero identity and designing a logo that will go on their very own take-home crafts! Create your own SuperHero book with diagrams detailing your hideout, gadgets, and more! Kids will utilize their new identity throughout the week as they engage in different missions!
  • Kids Heart Challenge: Bradley International School families, Destination approaching! We’ve seen and learned so many things along the KHC Road Trip and have worked hard to reach our goal. We have raised $14851.81 and you still have 11 day(s) to help us reach our $17000 goal.   • DPS Summer Connections 2022 (formerly Summer Academy): Summer Connections is a FREE full day, 6 week program available in all DPS regions for ALL rising 1st-5th grade students that combines literacy, math, and science. Students will engage in hands-on enrichment experiences in STEM, Art and Spark Career Exploration. Students may receive individual or small group tutoring. See Summer Connections Information. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis and registration ends March 25th!

  •  Dines Out – Ester’s Neighborhood Pub this Monday, March 14!
    Help out the PTO while eating a Pizza Pi(e) on National Pi Day😊, Monday, March 14th at Ester’s Neighborhood Pub (1950 S. Holly St – Virginia Village, Holly just north of Evans) – 20% goes back to Bradley on in-restaurant and takeout food orders between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. Mention Bradley Fundraiser when dining in or when placing call-in orders. For orders online, enter “BRADLEY FUNDRAISER” after your last name in the order or under “special instructions.”
  • PTO Meeting Minutes
    Please check out this month’s Bradley PTO meeting minutes to stay informed about Bradley and the district. Scott Balderman, SE Director on the DPS School Board attended to provide district updates, as well as updates from Mr. Wera on the outdoor classroom, new touch screens in the classrooms, and the upcoming Read-a-Thon! All minutes are available on the Bradley PTO website. Our next PTO meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 7.

  • SCFD Free Days: Clyfford Still Museum Free Day on March 19! In appreciation of the citizens who support the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD), and in the spirit of community engagement, the Clyfford Still Museum offers free admission once a month on select days throughout the year. Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are not required.
  • Big Bear Ice Arena: Our Figure Skating, Hockey and Public Skate programs provide wonderful experiences for youth, teens and adults alike.
