News from the Nest….

  • We had a FANTASTIC first week of school! It’s been exciting seeing new and familiar faces back at Bradley!
  • Movie Night TONIGHT! We hope to see you at the UHills Community Event on the Bradley Lawn tonight starting at 6:00pm! Movie Night.pdf
  • Do not make U-turns, do not speed, do not park in cone zones (Handicap, Bus, Kiss and Go), do not double park and do not call your child into or across the street. Our primary concern is the safety of our students.

School News

  • Fire Drill & Severe Weather Drill next week.  If there is ever severe weather at dismissal, we will keep students inside the building until it passes.  Buses will also wait for the weather to subside before boarding students and leaving.
  • School Breakfast Hours: If your student will be eating breakfast, please drop them off at 8:00am at the front doors. Students are late to class starting at 8:15am. September menus are attached and can be found on the Bradley website: Breakfast ; September Lunch
  • Online Registration (formerly Annual Family Update): Please complete the Online Registration by August 30th! This is mandatory for all DPS families. Follow instructions:
  • Free & Reduced Lunch Application: All DPS families should submit a Free & Reduced lunch application, even if you know you do not qualify. Bradley receives funding and DPS can offer free breakfasts and lunches through the submitted applications. See the link:
  • Lifetouch Pictures are SOON! Get your smiles ready for picture day on Tuesday, September 14th. Order your pictures online at and use Picture Day ID: EVTVB9Z4B
  • After School Enrichment Classes: We are able to hold after school enrichment classes this year! Classes will be from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Classes will be taught by Bradley teachers and one outside vendor, Sticky Fingers. The 1st Session will be from the week of September 13th through the week of October 18th. Class sizes will be limited. Sign up for classes will be sent home Friday, September 3rd in your student’s Friday folder.

  • Bradley International School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Get Involved, Support Your School! This is a GREAT way to meet parents, get involved and volunteer as you have time (no amount is too small). Learn more:
    Come to Our First PTO Meeting NEXT WEEK – two options to attend:

    • Thursday, Sept. 2 at 3:30-4:30 p.m. Meet in-person at the school on the shady grass along Cornell Avenue (where the 4th graders exit the building). Bring your own chair or blanket. Childcare will be provided by a teacher.

  • King Soopers Community Rewards Program – FREE Money for Bradley! Community Happenings

  • Girls on the Run for 3rd-5th Grade Girls: September 13 – November 17 – Eisenhower Park – 3:30pm-4:45pm Mondays and Wednesdays: Girls on the Run® is a transformational physical activity based positive youth development program for girls in 3rd-8th grade. We teach life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games. The program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5k running event. The goal of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness. Girls on the Run of the Rockies is an Independent Council of Girls on the Run International, which has a network of over 200 councils across 50 States and the District of Columbia.
