News from the Nest….

  • What an amazing Halloween celebration, Thriller Dance, and activities! See all the Pumpkins in the Contest!
  • Check out the Blue Moon on Saturday as you are enjoying your Halloween festivities! The next Full Moon/Blue Moon will be on Halloween 2039.
  • Remember, time change Saturday night – Fall back one hour!
  • ECE-2nd grade and AN students, bring your handsome smiles on Tuesday for Lifetouch photos!

School News

  • Report Cards: Trimester one Report Cards are now available on your DPS Parent Portal. To access the Parent Portal, go to and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, please create an account by choosing “Create an Account” and follow the instructions. You will need your student’s DPS ID/Lunch Number. When you are in your parent portal, please choose T1. It is defaulting to T2 now that we are in Term 2.
  • Lifetouch Picture Day ECE-2nd Grades & AN: ECE-2nd Grade and our AN students will be taking their school pictures this Tuesday, November 3rd during school. All K-2nd grade remote students will sign up at PictureDay to come in for their pictures. The times for remote students is 2:30-3:30pm. All students should have their pictures taken for the yearbook and for their school records. Please use the flyer we sent home or order online at MyLifetouch and use Picture Day ID: EVTPVN3F8.
  • Lifetouch Picture Day 3rd-5th Grades: Since 3rd-5th will be going remote starting next week, we will have Lifetouch pictures on November 10th for these students. We will send you specific information next week on times.
  • DPS Remote Lunches: Now that 3rd-5th graders are remote, you can still get breakfast and lunches to go, from Hamilton Middle School located at 8600 E Dartmouth Ave, Denver, 80231.
  • Bradley PTO Spirit Week: Next week, remote or in person, let’s celebrate the PTO Auction by having a spirit week! (see attached flyer)
    • Monday – wear your favorite headband, hat or hairstyle.
    • Tuesday – Dress your best! Show how sharp you can look!
    • Wednesday – WacKYWednESDay! Put your clothes on inside out, backwards, mismatched, whatever WaCky you can think of!
    • Thursday – Colorful Thursday – how many different color combinations can you wear?
    • Friday – Cozy Friday – wear your softest, coziest clothes so you can relax and rest up for Saturday’s virtual action event.
    • BONUS** Saturday – wear your favorite DANCING OUTFIT and break it down with PTO at the Pre-Auction DANCE PARTY!! starting at 5:45 via Zoom!

PTO Happenings

  • Bradley PTO’s Online Auction opens at 4 p.m. on Monday, November 2.Visit on your computer or mobile phone to see all of the items and to get your bids in early! This year we are using Clickbid as our auction software. When creating your bidder account you will be asked to provide a credit card number that will be used when checking out. We are asking for your address to assist us in getting you the items you won in a safe, contactless way. Be sure to register your cell phone number to receive text messages and alerts about your bids.
  • Orders for our Auction dinner option are due by Monday, November 2. Menu options and ordering instructions can be found here
  • PTO is excited for next Saturday’s Virtual Auction Fundraiser Event. Please join us on November 7 at 5:45 p.m. for our pre-auction DANCE PARTY followed by an entertaining event hosted by Bradley mom and auctioneer Libby Pollack. Zoom link to be announced in next Friday’s Deet.

  • ***Trunk or Treat Street at Thomas Jefferson High School***: Unfortunately, due to the current change in COVID related restrictions, TJ is canceling Friday’s Trunk-or-Treat event.

  • Denver Police Department District 3: Join the DPD on Saturday, October 31st from 11-12pm for a virtual Station Spooktacular event. Ages 6 and under will join the event starting at 11:00am.
