School News

  • Reminder: NO SCHOOL TOMORROW, February 2. It’s Bradley First Friday!

  • Job Opportunities at Bradley: We have a full time paraprofessional position as well as a part time afternoon ECE paraprofessional available. Please check the DPS Job Board and search for jobs at Bradley!
  • School Choice 2024-25: Open Choice Enrollment Round 1 will close February 12, 2024 at 4:00pm. All ECE families have to submit a Choice Application. 5th grade families should submit a choice application if they are trying to attend a middle school that is not their boundary school.
  • Lunch Menu: Monthly Menus
  • VOLUNTEER: Volunteers in the school must fill out the DPS Volunteer form each year and must be cleared before volunteering in the classroom. DPS Volunteer

News from the Nurse:

  • For students who are ill, please call the Attendance Line at 720.424.9398 
  • ILLNESS SYMPTOMS- If your student has a fever or exhibits any symptoms related to COVID-19 or any other infectious disease they must stay home and avoid coming to school. Anyone with a fever or vomiting must remain home and fever-free for 24 hours without taking fever-reducing medication. Please continue to call the attendance line to report absences. 
  • Students who present these symptoms at school will be sent home (Fever, vomiting, coughing, cruddy/runny nose, etc.)
  • NUTS: Please make sure that you don’t bring items with nuts into the classroom, as we have students with allergies to nuts.
  • MEDICATION: If your student needs medicine during the school day, please contact our nurse Shayla Marak at 720-424-9394 to discuss the necessary paperwork.

  • CSC Budget Meeting: January 26, 2024
  • Next Meeting is February 14 at 3:00pm in the Library (Childcare provided)

PTO Happenings:

  • Read-a-Thon: Thank you Bradley community! We are incredibly grateful and proud of our readers and supporters which helped to make the Read-a-Thon fundraiser such a huge success. Students read 347,640 total minutes!!! And we have raised over $28,000! Donations are still being accepted through Monday, 2/5 (and will count towards student prizes – log into your student’s account to donate). Remember a portion of the proceeds go directly back to your student’s classroom! Thank you so much for your support!

  • Backpack Program February Food Drive: It’s that time again! Our February food drive for the backpack program is the 12th-15th. This month we will be collecting Jiffy corn muffin mix, boxes of cereal, loafs of bread, jerky, bags of apples, clementines and whole carrots as well as monetary donations to be used for future food bank purchases. Thank you so much for your support!
  • Mark your calendars! Bradley Dines Out is at Dough Counter (Yale and Colorado Blvd) on Wednesday, February 13 all day, all sales! No code needed, just show up and enjoy pizza (even gluten free ones!).
