SNOW DAY – Draper Park Middle

Bradley Weekly Newsletter

Principal Update

We hope you all had a safe and fun snow day!  Please read below for more information regarding cancellation and weather delay procedures.  As our first trimester comes to an end, we want to celebrate the progress our students have made thus far.  56% of our K-2 students and 53% of our 3rd-5th grade students are reading on or above grade level in literacy.  Our school goal is for at least 65% or more of all students to be reading at or above grade level by the end of the school year.  We are confident that we will meet these goals with our dedicated staff using core instruction and strategic interventions to meet the needs of  all students.  We encourage families to continue reading with students each day at home to support this growth.  Please go to Parent Portal to see your student’s individual progress reports.

University Hills Turkey Trot – Thursday 11/28
Each year a former Bradley parent hosts a Turkey Trot run/walk on Thanksgiving morning. You arrive to check in starting at 8:30am and the event starts at 9am. You can go to the Rec Center parking lot to park and that is where the event starts. Funds collected ($10/person or $30/family) for this race are returned to Bradley to help buy food and presents for Bradley families in need this holiday season.
