Full Day Camp Times: 9:00am-3:00pm

 

Week 1:

  • The Around the World: Art, Music and Stories: Angie Collins: In this fun cultural camp with Mrs. Collins, students will hear folktales, listen to music and examine and recreate art from varied cultures around the world. 
  • Disney & Pixar Club : Megan Eggleston and Meredith Harrison: All things Disney! We will look closely at a new Disney movie each day and create fun projects to go with the movie of the day. Monsters Inc might have us creating mini Mike’s and Peter Pan might have us creating Tinker Bell castles. Something for everyone! For all Pixar lovers out there. We will do themed crafts, play games, and watch some of your child’s favorite Pixar films such as Toy Story, Ratatouille, Luca, and more! 

Week 2:

  • Science and STEAM: Angie Collins: Students will learn science and engineering concepts; chemical reactions, in slime and chemical reactions in cooking!  Ending the week by examining some cool Architecture and using new found engineering skills to design and build a toy house or building using catapults, levers and pulleys.
  • Game Club: Megan Eggleston and Meredith Harrison: we will make and play a variety of both indoor and outdoor games. The last day will be water games! Come ready to play! Join us for a week of fun games including board games, scavenger hunts, full group and individual games. We will end the week with a fun filled water games day on Friday!

Week 3:

  • Harry Potter Camp: Deanna – Embark on a magical adventure at our Harry Potter camp where kids can experience the world of wizardry first hand. From the Sorting Hat to Quidditch, we have it all!  Come learn some new spells, potions and charms.  Brush up on your knowledge of everything Potter.  It is sure to be a fun-filled week! No muggles allowed.
  • Garden Crafts: Meredith Harrison:  Spruce up your garden or outdoor area with some garden crafts. This may include bird houses and/or fairy gardens. Students will also learn about bird feed and how to create their own.
