Principal Update

Mr. Hernandez and I want to take a moment to celebrate the amazing start we’ve had to this school year! Our students are already showing excitement and curiosity, thanks to the warm and enthusiastic welcome
from our amazing Bradley staff. The collaborative group work happening in classrooms is helping students
build strong relationships, not only with each other but also with their teachers. The positive attitudes and teamwork we’re seeing are laying the foundation for a successful year.  We are optimistic for the year ahead
and the abundance of opportunities we have with such a positive school culture to kick off the year.

Thank you,

Kimberly Ulery, Principal
Jose Fernando Hernandez, Assistant Principal

Staff Shout Out
We are excited to welcome such an amazing, collaborative 5th grade team to Bradley International.  Mrs. Gordon, Mx. Ashley and Ms. Venezia just launched their first science inquiry unit, “ Where We Are in Place and Time” where students are diving in and engaged in the learning.  The 5th grade team is enthusiastic and grateful for joining our Bradley team!

You may have noticed a new face at the crosswalk.  We now have an official Crossing Guard, Victoria Salvador.  Please welcome Victoria or say hi as you walk by.

Fire Drill

Bradley had its first successful Fire Drill today.  Students and staff all safely exited the building and followed the procedures accordingly.  Please discuss this experience with your student.  We will continue to have fire drills monthly.  You can read more about the different drills we will have throughout the school year here.

CSC 2024-25 Election

Every school within the Denver Public School District has a Collaborative School Committee (CSC) in place.  The Bradley CSC is different from the Bradley PTO.  Unlike the PTO, the CSC focuses on bringing together staff, parents, and community members to create and implement a plan to promote high achievement within the school. Being a part of the CSC is an exciting opportunity to be involved in our school community, not to mention to participate in the education of all our students. We will be holding elections for three open parent positions on the CSC with nominations opening September 3rd. Please see here for details.  We hope you’ll consider serving. If you would like more information concerning the CSC, please contact Steph Itelman, CSC co-chair, at steph.itelman@gmail.com
