Dear Bradley International Community,
We hope that you have had an enjoyable summer. As we get closer to the start of the school year, we wanted to provide an update on the status of the Bradley International leadership. As a brief introduction, our roles are Collaborative Director and Operational Services Director, supervising and supporting a group of fabulous elementary schools, including Bradley. We are thankful to work with the Bradley community as we launch this year together.
First, we want to acknowledge the immense challenges involved in this process for everyone involved, including you and the rest of the Bradley International community. We are very appreciative of the support that you have shown Interim Principal Elinor Roller and Assistant Principal Jodie Leatherman.
Denver Public Schools is committed to running the ongoing process with integrity from start to finish, ensuring that all individuals involved are afforded due process. This means providing a full and fair opportunity for each individual to share their side of the story, present evidence, and identify corroborating information. Our human resources (HR) team informs us that the process is currently wrapping up. District leadership, including both of us, will review HR’s findings and decide upon next steps. Once that step has been completed, we will share pertinent information to the Bradley community, while also respecting the confidentiality of the people who are involved in this process.
We will update you with new information as soon as it is appropriate. Again, we want to thank Ms. Roller, Ms. Leatherman, and the entire Bradley faculty and staff for their tireless efforts to prepare for each of our Bradley International students to have an excellent first day of school as we welcome our new school year on Monday. As we met with the Bradley team this week, we were inspired by their passion for our students and ushering in a great first week of school!
